War of Angels... Ulsan Eliya Hospital Successfully Concludes 2026 New Nurse Recruitment Interviews

"Nurse, what does life mean to you?" The 2026 new nurse recruitment interviews at Ulsan Eliya Hospital have concluded successfully.

Ulsan Eliya Hospital (Director Jung Younghwan) conducted the '2026 New Nurse Open Recruitment Interviews' over three days, starting from December 3, 2025.

The application period for this recruitment ran for one month from October 20, 2025, with over 300 applicants submitting their documents. After a two-week document screening process, approximately 130 preliminary candidates advanced to the interview stage.

The interviews were held in the second-floor conference room from December 10 to 12, with Lim Miyoung, Administrative Director; Jung Kangmin, Director of Administration; Kim Eunju, Head of Nursing; and Park Junghoon, Deputy Director of General Affairs and Planning, serving as interviewers. Successful candidates and those placed on the waiting list, who pass the rigorous interview process, will be notified individually at a later date.

Ulsan Eliya Hospital offers a variety of welfare benefits, including single-occupancy dormitories for long-distance commuters, medical expense support for employees and their immediate families, lunch and night meal allowances, support for education and academic expenses, and a reward system for outstanding employees and departments.

Additionally, to help new nurses quickly adapt to their work, the hospital has strengthened its nurse educator program and operates both job-related and specialized nursing education programs. It also provides nursing manuals for each role and supports external training, striving to enhance nurses' professional competencies. The hospital also operates a "New Nurse Independence Day" program, all aimed at supporting new nurses' adaptation to the hospital and improving the quality of nursing services.

Applicants who participated in the interviews shared their impressions, stating, "Starting in 2026, Ulsan Eliya Hospital plans to expand its facilities through new construction, including rehabilitation and infectious disease wards, an intensive care unit, and an emergency medical center, while also strengthening its medical staff to provide high-quality medical services to local residents. We believe the hospital has great potential for growth, and its well-structured nurse training programs will help with personal development, which is why we applied." They added, "We were moved by the practical advice and kind words that could be applied directly to our work, rather than just formal interview questions, and were able to finish the interview feeling good."
