Naver Cloud Introduces Innovative AI Services for Public Administration, Including Naver Works

Naver Cloud announced on December 5 that it introduced a variety of artificial intelligence (AI) services aimed at enhancing the efficiency of public work and administration at the '2025 Korea Government Innovation Expo' held at OSCO in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province.

The showcased services included 'Naver Works,' a government-wide intelligent work management platform currently in pilot operation; 'Clova Care Call,' an AI-based welfare check call service; and 'Clova Studio for Gov,' which enables the safe development and operation of AI within public sector networks.

In particular, Naver Works drew significant attention for its features tailored to public administration, such as automatic meeting summary, unread message summaries, and the creation of custom AI assistants for each institution. Clova Care Call, which has been adopted by more than 150 local governments nationwide, was highly praised for improving productivity by handling simple and repetitive civil complaint tasks. Clova Studio for Gov also attracted interest as a service that allows public institutions to build AI assistants within their administrative networks.

More than 160 organizations and companies participated in this expo, hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, to share AI transition strategies and use cases in the public sector. The event runs through December 5.
