According to Jeonju University, this donation activity was jointly organized by the student council and faculty of the College of Education. It was designed to encourage voluntary participation in sharing, to foster a sense of social responsibility among members of the college, to promote emotional care for neighbors, and to put into practice the educational philosophy of solidarity with the local community.

From November 17 to 28, the College of Education installed donation collection boxes in its lobby and conducted a doll donation campaign.

This campaign aimed to spread a culture of sharing through voluntary student participation, provide emotional comfort to children in the orphanage, and allow future teachers to personally practice the values of community and care.

The donated dolls will not only be delivered to Samsung Humanville, but will also be distributed to organizations such as Goodwill Store, which creates jobs for people with disabilities and vulnerable groups. The College of Education plans to continue discovering and expanding various social contribution programs in collaboration with the local community.

Park Minji, president of the student council at the College of Education, stated, "It is extremely important for students training to become teachers to internalize the value of sharing as well as educational knowledge," adding, "This donation activity will serve as an opportunity for future teachers to build warm relationships with the local community and expand a positive educational culture."

Meanwhile, the College of Education at Jeonju University has been nurturing future educators through AI- and digital-based student participation programs, school field education, and community-linked activities. Following its top A rating in the 5th cycle of the teacher training institution competency evaluation, the college hopes to achieve similarly strong results in the upcoming 6th cycle evaluation.
