On December 5, Hana Securities maintained its "Buy" investment rating and a target price of 28,000 won for ICTK, stating, "With discussions on the 'Second Phase Virtual Asset Legislation,' which strengthens security regulations, gaining momentum, the quantum cryptography market is expected to expand around virtual assets as early as next year."

On the same day, Hongshik Kim, a researcher at Hana Securities, commented, "The recent Upbit hacking incident has highlighted the importance of quantum cryptography for cryptocurrency security."

Recently, the Financial Supervisory Service pointed out that domestic investment in security systems is insufficient and announced plans to strengthen security regulations in the upcoming second phase of legislation. The proposed bills stipulate that service providers are liable for damages caused by tampering or external attacks on virtual asset access media and mandate the adoption of related technologies.

This is why there is a high possibility that ICTK will be designated as the quantum cryptography security standard in South Korea in the future.

Researcher Kim added, "Although the payment schedule was delayed due to administrative issues, BTQ is expected to make an equity investment in ICTK and pursue a security chip development project within this year. ICTK is poised to become the biggest beneficiary in the upcoming cryptocurrency security market."
