Selected as Overall Outstanding Provider and No. 1 in the Securities Sector
NH Investment & Securities announced on December 2 that it has been selected as the overall outstanding retirement pension provider and ranked first in the securities sector for the second consecutive year in the '2025 Retirement Pension Provider Evaluation' organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. NH Investment & Securities is the only company in the entire financial industry to be selected simultaneously as both the overall outstanding provider and the top provider in the securities sector.
This year's retirement pension provider evaluation targeted 41 companies across securities, banking, and insurance sectors, comprehensively assessing their capabilities in managing retirement pension products, performance in returns, organizational and service capabilities, and fee efficiency.
In this evaluation, NH Investment & Securities achieved excellent results in multiple areas, including product management capabilities and organizational and service capabilities, placing it within the top 10% in the overall assessment and earning the title of outstanding retirement pension provider for the second consecutive year. Furthermore, in the newly introduced sector-specific evaluation, the company achieved the significant milestone of ranking first in the securities sector.
This achievement is attributed to the continuous strengthening of management capabilities and tailored asset management strategies for clients, reaffirming the competitiveness of NH Investment & Securities' retirement pension products and its differentiated client management services.
In particular, to efficiently manage defined benefit (DB) retirement pension reserves, the company operated a dedicated agile team for Investment Policy Statement (IPS) management, providing one-stop consulting services from setting management standards, external consignment management (OCIO) asset allocation, to portfolio construction and execution. In addition, the company enhanced the core IPS consulting service of financial verification and operated the 'NH Retirement Pension School' for corporate practitioners, thereby strengthening practical capabilities and increasing interest in investment.
Moreover, to improve the returns of retirement pension subscribers, NH Investment & Securities introduced a default option product system tailored to different age groups. The company also received high marks for actively supporting long-term investment through automatic investment services, such as systematic ETF investment and AI robo-advisor discretionary services.
Lee Jaekyung, Executive Vice President and Head of Retail at NH Investment & Securities, stated, "As a responsible retirement pension provider, NH Investment & Securities is doing its utmost to improve client returns," adding, "We will continue to drive innovation in the retirement pension market with competitive products and differentiated services."
