Among 18 cases recommended by residents and staff, the district finalized eight outstanding public officials (four for excellence, four for encouragement) and two outstanding teams (one for excellence, one for encouragement) through a first-round survey and preliminary review, followed by a second-round review by the Proactive Administration Committee.

The Encouragement Award was given to: Jeong Manbok, for developing customized measures through fire incident data analysis; Park Jeongmi, for establishing the "Dongjak MacGyver Center," which both alleviated resident inconvenience and created jobs; Heo Jiweon, for launching the local economic platform "Market D," which supports merchants, residents, and the environment; and Bang Byeongjin, for integrating home repair support projects.

In the team category, the Excellence Award went to the Sangdo 4-dong Administrative Civil Service Team for establishing the nation's first ESG arcade, while the Urban Regeneration Division 1's General Maintenance Team received the Encouragement Award for achieving the top ranking among autonomous districts in the rapid integrated planning candidate sites.

Mayor Park Ilha stated, "The efforts of public officials who carry out their work with a challenging spirit are yielding meaningful results across various areas of district administration," adding, "We will continue to actively support new initiatives so that these innovative attempts can continue."
