Yeongyang County’s ‘Festival DNA’ Ignites... Youth Harmony Festival Filled with Rock Spirit and Passion

Cheers reminiscent of a rock festival echoed through the usually quiet Yeongyang County.

On November 28, Yeongyang County in North Gyeongsang Province successfully hosted the 2025 Youth Harmony Festival in Yeongyang County at the Yeongyang County Residents’ Hall, with over 400 youths and officials in attendance.

This year’s event began with a pre-ceremony performance by the Youth Orchestra Big Band, creating an elegant atmosphere and opening the festival in style.

The first part featured a youth talent show, where participants showcased the skills and talents they had honed over time. The diverse and confident performances by the youths drew enthusiastic responses from the audience, filling the venue with excitement.

The second part included recreational activities involving all the youths, a quiz challenge using an LED display, and performances by invited singers. These various youth participation programs further energized the atmosphere of the event.

This year’s Youth Harmony Festival has established itself as a platform for youths to share their talents and passion with the local community, creating a meaningful time where all participants came together in harmony.

County Governor Oh Dochang stated, "I hope this day has given our youths greater confidence through cultural and artistic activities," adding, "We will continue to provide ongoing support so that our youths can pursue even bigger dreams."
