10,721 Units to Go on Sale Across 14 Complexes Nationwide in the First Week of December [Real Estate AtoZ]

Next week, more than 10,000 new homes will be supplied nationwide.

According to Real Estate R114 on November 29, a total of 10,721 units (7,799 for general sale) will begin pre-sale across 14 complexes nationwide in the first week of December. This represents an increase of 7,919 units compared to the previous week.

Applications will be accepted for complexes such as 'Uiwang City Hall Station SK View I-Park' in Gocheon-dong, Uiwang, Gyeonggi Province; 'City OCL 8th Complex' in Hakik-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon; and 'Doosan We've the Zenith Central Cheonan' in Cheongdang-dong, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province.

'Uiwang City Hall Station SK View I-Park,' a redevelopment project in the Gocheon-na district, will consist of 11 buildings with up to 40 floors above ground and 3 basement levels. The total number of units will be 1,912, with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 100 square meters. Of these, 958 units with exclusive areas of 46 to 84 square meters will be available for general sale.

In front of the complex, Uiwang City Hall Station on the Indeokwon-Dongtan double-track railway is scheduled to open in 2029. The complex also boasts excellent transportation access, being close to the Gwacheon-Bongdam Urban Expressway, Yeongdong Expressway, and the Seoul Metropolitan Area First Ring Expressway.

Administrative offices such as Uiwang City Hall, the police station, fire station, and public health center are nearby, and various convenience facilities are easily accessible, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Students can walk to Gocheon Elementary School, Uiwang Middle School, and Useong High School. The area also features Hyeonchungtap Park, Uiwang Gocheon District Waterfront Park, and a planned history park.
