DL E&C is launching "E-Pyunhansesang Naepo Eduplatz" in Naepo New Town, Chungcheongnam-do. The development will be located in the RH14 block of Naepo New Town, consisting of 9 buildings with 2 basement floors and 25 above-ground floors, offering a total of 727 units with exclusive areas of 84 and 119 square meters. This marks the first new supply in Naepo New Town in over three years. The 84-square-meter units will be offered through public sale (605 units), while the 119-square-meter units will be available through general sale (122 units), both proceeding simultaneously. The housing exhibition hall opened on November 28.

The application schedule begins with special supply on December 8, followed by first-priority applications on December 9 and second-priority applications on December 10. Winners will be announced on December 16, and official contracts will be signed from February 9 to 11 next year. For general sales, even current homeowners can apply for first-priority if they have held a subscription savings account for at least six months and meet the minimum deposit requirement. For public sales, applicants must meet the requirement of being members of a non-homeowning household. The complex is subject to a price ceiling, with a 10-year restriction on re-winning and a one-year restriction on resale.

This complex is located at the very center of Naepo New Town, offering excellent residential conditions. It is an "elementary school within the complex" site, with Hongju Elementary School (scheduled to open in 2026) within the premises, and Naepo Middle School and Hongseong High School within walking distance, providing outstanding access to elementary, middle, and high school education. In addition, it is adjacent to the central commercial district, making daily infrastructure easily accessible, and is close to major administrative institutions such as the Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Government. Specialized community facilities, including a guest house and dry sauna, as well as distinctive landscaping such as "De Poem Park," will also be provided.

Significant developments that will enhance future value are underway in the surrounding area. The Naepo Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex is currently under construction, and the Future New Industry National Industrial Complex is being promoted with a target completion date of 2030. Additionally, benefits are expected from the expansion of educational and medical infrastructure, including the planned opening of Chungnam National University and KAIST Naepo campuses (targeted for 2027 and 2028, respectively), and the construction of a general hospital (targeted for 2028).
