Payments Made During the Korea Grand Festival Period
Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam announced on November 27 that it will provide an additional 2% cashback to all users in connection with the "Mobile Nubijeon Payment 5+2% Cashback Event" held during the Korea Grand Festival.
Previously, from October 29 to November 9, for 12 days in line with the Korea Grand Festival, Changwon City planned to offer a 5% cashback on payments made with the mobile Changwon Sarang Gift Certificate, "Nubijeon," and to select some participants by lottery to receive an additional 2% cashback on their payment amount.
However, in order to stimulate local consumption and increase citizen satisfaction, the city decided to provide the additional cashback to all users without a separate lottery process.

As a result, all users who made payments with Mobile Nubijeon during the event period will receive a total of 7% cashback, combining the basic 5% with the additional 2%.
Citizens who made payments using the Nubijeon 13% discount sold in September can receive benefits of up to 20%.
Park Jinil, Director of the Economic and Employment Bureau, said, "We decided to provide the additional cashback to all users to reward citizens who actively used Nubijeon during the event period and to support the local commercial district," adding, "We hope that the additional cashback paid in the form of Mobile Nubijeon will further stimulate consumption within the region."
The additional cashback will be distributed sequentially in the form of "Mobile Nubijeon" starting tomorrow, November 28.
