Promising SMEs Gather for On-Site Recruitment Interviews
Mentoring Programs Draw Strong Interest from Job Seekers
Global Talent Zone Facilitates Foreign Talent Matching
As youth employment struggles intensify, the Korea International Trade Association has created a recruitment platform connecting companies with young job seekers to address workforce mismatches.
The association held the "2025 Trade Day Commemoration KITA Job Fair" on the 25th at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The Korea International Trade Association hosts this job fair annually to commemorate "Trade Day" (December 5), a statutory anniversary. Now in its fifth year, the event brought together around 70 companies from various industries-including bio and healthcare, semiconductors, logistics, and e-commerce-with approximately 700 job seekers. Promising small and medium-sized enterprises such as Y.C. Co., Ltd., a semiconductor test equipment manufacturer; InBody Co., Ltd., a healthcare company; Taewoong Logistics Co., Ltd., a logistics service provider; and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) consulting firm EWC Co., Ltd., among others, conducted on-site recruitment interviews.
Notably, this year's fair also featured a "Global Talent Recruitment Zone" to meet industry demand for foreign office workers and support overseas market expansion. This section facilitated the matching of foreign talent who graduated from domestic universities and can communicate in Korean.
