Naver Pay Points Usable at Online and Offline Merchants Starting Next Year

The customized welfare points system is operated to support the welfare of government employees.
Starting next year, government employees will be able to convert their customized welfare points into Naver Pay points.
Once converted, Naver Pay points can be used at both online and offline Naver Pay merchants without any additional claim procedures.
Naver Pay plans to open a pre-application page next month, allowing government employees to apply in advance to convert next year's customized welfare points into Naver Pay points.
The pre-application page can be accessed through the customized welfare system of the Government Employees Pension Service.
Sangjin Park, CEO of Naver Pay, said, "It is significant that many government employees can now enjoy convenient and extensive welfare benefits within the Naver Pay ecosystem."
Meanwhile, Naver Pay is expanding its partnerships, having been selected as the operator of corporate welfare points for companies such as Kia, Hyundai Steel, and Hyundai Engineering.
