For first-priority applications, anyone aged 19 or older who has held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months and meets the required deposit amounts by region and unit size is eligible, regardless of whether they own a home or are the head of household (excluding special supply for elderly parents), provided they reside in the Seoul metropolitan area (including Siheung, Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province). There are no restrictions for those who have previously won a housing lottery, so applicants can apply regardless of past lottery results.
The model house features units with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 122㎡. All units are designed with a 4-bay flat layout, and the living room in the 84㎡ type measures 5.1 meters in width.
