With the presidential office set to return to the Blue House next month, construction work is in full swing both inside and outside the Blue House. On November 24, road paving work was underway at the entrance to the Blue House. According to the presidential office, some facilities of the presidential office, including the Chunchugwan, which were relocated to Yongsan with the launch of the Yoon Suk-yeol administration in May 2022, will be moved back to the Blue House around December 14. The budget for the presidential office's return to the Blue House, totaling 25.9 billion won, was allocated as a reserve fund at the Cabinet meeting on November 6.
