NH NongHyup Bank Holds First Joint Training with Korea Agricultural Policy Insurance & Finance Service

NH NongHyup Bank announced on November 21 that it conducted on-site training at the Gyeongbuk headquarters of NongHyup in Andong, North Gyeongsang Province, for about 100 employees from NongHyup Bank and local agricultural and livestock cooperatives, aiming to strengthen their post-management capabilities for agricultural policy funds.

This training program was jointly organized with the Korea Agricultural Policy Insurance & Finance Service, the inspection agency for agricultural policy funds. The program focused on practical content such as the structure and handling procedures of policy funds, as well as post-management methods after loan execution.

Employees who participated in the training said that the case-based explanations, which are highly applicable to practical work, and the joint lectures by the inspection agency and the bank improved their understanding. They also noted that it was an opportunity to clearly organize post-management standards that are often confusing in daily work.
