A Variety of Features Including Themed Magazines, Product Recommendations, and Recipe Reviews
On November 20, CJ CheilJedang announced that its official online mall, CJ The Market, has launched a lifestyle content platform called 'Lime.'
'Lime' is a Health & Wellness specialty section available exclusively on the CJ The Market mobile app. It was developed in response to the growing trend among consumers toward healthy eating habits. Through 'Lime,' new themes are released regularly, providing useful information and recommending customized product combinations and recipes, making it easier and more convenient for customers to select products.
'Lime' features a feed format that allows users to scroll through content easily. It offers a variety of content, including 'Magazine Cards' that present the latest trends in health and food in an engaging way, 'Product Cards' introducing Health & Wellness products, and 'Recipe Review Cards' where customers who have purchased products share their own recipes.
The first theme, released last month, was 'Perfect Morning Routine Meals for Me.' It was divided into three categories: 'Hearty Balance Morning,' 'Light Morning,' and 'Refreshing Energy Morning,' allowing consumers to choose and view content that matches their preferences and lifestyles.
In line with the theme, the origin story of 'Hetbahn Rice Plan' and recipes using oriental dressing were introduced. Various products for healthy meal management, such as 'Hetbahn Paro Konjac Rice Ball' and 'Balance Meal Protein Shake,' were also recommended. In addition, recipe reviews from consumers, such as tomato egg stir-fry using 'Beksul Oyster Sauce' and mackerel oil pasta topped with 'Bibigo Boneless Grilled Mackerel,' are automatically reflected and shared in the feed.
A CJ CheilJedang representative stated, "CJ The Market aims to evolve beyond a simple shopping platform into a customized lifestyle platform that can be part of customers' daily lives," adding, "We will continue to provide value in shopping through a variety of content that meets the expectations of consumers."
