The morning low will range from -4 to 6 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high is forecast to be between 10 and 16 degrees Celsius. Strong winds will make it feel even colder, so extra care should be taken to maintain your health.

The central region and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy, while the southern region will start off mostly clear but gradually become cloudy from the morning.
In the morning, less than 0.1 mm of raindrops are expected in parts of the Seoul metropolitan area, including Seoul, Incheon, and western Gyeonggi Province. In the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, there will be occasional raindrops or light snow flurries from early morning until the afternoon.
In areas experiencing snow or rain, visibility will be reduced, and as temperatures drop, icy or slippery roads are likely to occur. Extra caution is advised for traffic safety.
Fine dust concentrations nationwide will remain at 'good' to 'moderate' levels.
Waves in the seas will range from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East and West Seas near the coast, and from 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea near the coast. In offshore areas (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea.
