Hanwha Construction Division’s recently launched “Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo” is nearing a complete sell-out, thanks to its outstanding product appeal and symbolic location. “Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo” is being built at 1422-5 Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and will feature eight buildings ranging from three basement levels to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 816 units sized between 84 and 166 square meters. Contracts for successful applicants were held in October, followed by contracts for waitlisted applicants in November. On November 27, the company plans to conduct non-priority contracts for any remaining units.

The site of the former Hanwha Chemical Ulsan plant employee housing has long been regarded as a prestigious residential area, drawing significant interest from local residents.
