Hanwha Construction Division’s recently launched “Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo” is nearing a complete sell-out, thanks to its outstanding product appeal and symbolic location. “Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo” is being built at 1422-5 Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and will feature eight buildings ranging from three basement levels to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 816 units sized between 84 and 166 square meters. Contracts for successful applicants were held in October, followed by contracts for waitlisted applicants in November. On November 27, the company plans to conduct non-priority contracts for any remaining units.


The site of the former Hanwha Chemical Ulsan plant employee housing has long been regarded as a prestigious residential area, drawing significant interest from local residents. As the area is set to transform into a large-scale, emerging branded residential town, its value is expected to rise even further in the future.


Located in the heart of Mugeo-dong, the complex offers excellent access to major residential areas such as Ok-dong and Sinjeong-dong. It is also close to a variety of lifestyle infrastructure, including Ulsan Grand Park, Hyundai Department Store, the courthouse, and large supermarkets. More than 10 schools, including Samho Elementary School, Okhyeon Elementary School, and Samho Middle School, as well as hospitals and supermarkets, are situated nearby.


As the first “Forena” apartment complex to be introduced in Ulsan, special attention has been paid to its product features. The exterior incorporates the signature “Forena Exterior” design, known for its luxury. Its excellent location and Forena’s distinctive product features have led to successful contract results.” The “Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo” model home is located in Daldong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2028.
