Leading the Spread of a Culture of Integrity Within the Organization
Yangsan City is demonstrating a strong commitment to transparent and trustworthy administration.
Yangsan City in South Gyeongsang Province selected 35 Integrity Leaders who contributed to the city's integrity initiatives for 2025, and held the Integrity Leader Workshop on November 18 at locations throughout Gyeongju, including the Gyeongju Choi Family Academy.
The special lecture on integrity at this workshop focused on eradicating abuse of authority, emphasizing practical measures to prevent such behavior within organizations and the importance of mutual respect. Participants also discussed areas for improvement regarding integrity initiatives and explored ways to implement more effective integrity policies.
Mayor Na Dongyeon stated, "I look forward to the continued activities of our Integrity Leaders to foster a clean public service culture," and added, "I hope this workshop will serve as an opportunity for everyone to further spread a culture of integrity in their respective work."
