Fine Dust Levels Expected to Remain 'Good' to 'Normal'
On Wednesday, November 19, morning temperatures across most parts of the country are expected to drop below freezing, resulting in cold weather.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, as of 5 a.m., the temperatures in major regions were as follows: Seoul -1.2 degrees Celsius, Incheon -0.5 degrees, Suwon -2.5 degrees, Chuncheon -5.5 degrees, Gangneung 1.3 degrees, Cheongju 2.2 degrees, Daejeon 2.7 degrees, Jeonju 3.7 degrees, Gwangju 4.6 degrees, Jeju 9.2 degrees, Daegu 2.6 degrees, Busan 3.9 degrees, Ulsan 0.1 degrees, and Changwon 3.8 degrees.
Daytime temperatures will also remain chilly, ranging from 6 to 13 degrees Celsius, which is slightly lower than the seasonal average of 8.3 to 15.1 degrees. The temperature difference between day and night will be significant, around 15 degrees, so extra care is needed for health management.
Less than 5 millimeters of rain is expected in Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and around 1 millimeter of rain is forecasted for the west coast of South Jeolla Province. In some areas of the southern west coast of South Chungcheong Province, the west coast of North Jeolla Province, and the western part of South Jeolla Province, there may be less than 0.1 millimeters of raindrops or less than 0.1 centimeters of snow flurries. Jeju Island is expected to receive less than 5 millimeters of rain through the following day, and snowfall of around 1 centimeter is forecasted for the mountainous areas of Jeju during the same period.
Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'normal' levels across all regions.
Wave heights in the sea will range from 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the coastal waters of the East and West Seas, and from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the South Sea. In the offshore areas (within approximately 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights will be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
