This transition aims to provide a fundamental solution to the increasingly severe youth employment crisis. Zero Base has begun building a systematic solution to help young people achieve tangible employment outcomes.

The new service analyzes background data such as an individual's educational background, major, and work experience to develop employment strategies. It will offer customized strategies through five selectable tracks tailored to each job seeker's goals and circumstances. The service consists of: "Bright" for all job seekers, "Nova" guaranteeing employment within one year, "Prestige" guaranteeing employment at mid-sized companies, "Premium" guaranteeing employment at large corporations, and "Crown" guaranteeing employment at global companies.

In addition, a pool of over 18,000 mentors has been established, consisting of current and former professionals from foreign companies, large corporations, mid-sized companies, and unicorn companies. A 3:1 personalized consulting system, where professional consultants and dedicated managers form a team, will also be introduced.
