This workshop was organized as part of the early employment contract department program, allowing students who have secured employment upon admission to meet and communicate directly with representatives from partner companies before starting their on-site training in earnest.
The event was attended by more than 70 participating students and representatives from 19 companies with completed employment matches, who shared their expectations and visions with one another.
Lee Hwasuk, Head of the Industry-Academia Cooperation Foundation at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology, said, "Through this workshop, companies were able to directly convey the competencies they expect from students, and students were given the opportunity to freely ask questions to the companies, creating a venue for two-way communication. We will continue to operate practical programs that enable students and companies to grow together."
Over the past five years, the Early Employment Contract Department Project Team at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology has been cultivating practice-oriented talent who can be immediately utilized in the industrial field through agreements with local mid-sized and small businesses. The team also runs a variety of programs to support students' early employment and stable adaptation to their roles.
