Relay-Type Structure for Systematic Support Throughout the Entire Job-Seeking Process
Siheung City in Gyeonggi Province will operate the step-by-step employment mentoring program "Job Baton" at the Youth Station starting from November 26, aiming to strengthen the job competitiveness of young people.
This program is structured as a relay-type system that systematically supports the entire job-seeking process, from career exploration to job coaching, portfolio improvement, interview preparation, and enhancement of problem-solving skills.
The program provides close, specialized feedback from mentors at each stage, including self-strength exploration, job-specific mentoring, guidance on improving self-expression, enhancing understanding of corporate culture, and job interview practice. Participants who attend the special lecture on November 26 will also receive support for professional ID photo shooting.
For detailed information and to apply, please visit the official Siheung Youth Policy blog, "Siheung Youth Informer." Any young person aged 19 to 39 who resides or works in Siheung City can participate free of charge.
A city official stated, "Job Baton is a practical program that provides young people with real growth experiences," adding, "We hope that through this program, many young people will discover their strengths and confidently prepare for employment."
