Mapo District in Seoul (Mayor Park Gangsu) announced on the morning of November 16 that it held the 23rd Mapo District Mayor's Jokgu Tournament at the Mangwon Reservoir Jokgu Court.

This year marks the 23rd edition of the tournament, which was organized to promote local sports activities and foster unity among residents. A total of about 200 people participated, including 180 players and 20 officials from 37 teams, competing in a tournament format. The district provided on-site medical support and operational staff to ensure the safe and smooth running of the event.
Park Gangsu, Mayor of Mapo District, said, "Jokgu is a unique local sport that requires teamwork and concentration. I hope this tournament will be a meaningful time for all residents to share both health and friendship."
