On November 13, PeopleBio announced that it has decided to carry out a paid-in capital increase worth 4 billion KRW to secure operating funds.
The number of new shares to be issued is 2,799,160 common shares, with an issue price of 1,429 KRW per share. The capital increase will be conducted through a third-party allotment.
