DMA Concert Series to Be Held in November and December
The Daejeon Museum of Art, led by Director Yoon Euihyang, will host the "DMA Concert" in November and December to offer visitors a special experience where art and music come together.
This concert series is designed to provide diverse cultural experiences beyond the exhibition space. While admission to the exhibitions requires a ticket, the performances are free and open to everyone.
The "DMA Concert" has been held since early November and has received an enthusiastic response from citizens. The series began with performances by "Project Floject" on November 1 and "Dodeokdong Anteater" on November 2, marking the start of the autumn season. This will be followed by "KAIST Nolda" on November 15 and "Joy Eclat" on November 16, offering a variety of performances.
In December, the concerts will feature even warmer stages to celebrate the Christmas season. On December 24, the Kim Taeuk & Kim Taeho Duo will perform, and on December 25, the Korea Young Artists Cooperative will take the stage, filling the year-end with romance through music.
The concerts will be held at 3 p.m. in the lobby on the second floor of the Daejeon Museum of Art. No reservation is required, and visitors are free to attend. Before and after the concerts, guests can also enjoy the museum's main exhibitions, providing a rich cultural experience where art and music blend together.
Yoon Euihyang, Director of the Daejeon Museum of Art, stated, "I hope to share with citizens a space where art becomes part of everyday life and a moment when music expands the boundaries of art. I wish this concert series offers a time for people to pause from their busy routines and find rest for their hearts."
