Reports from Department Heads on Key County Government Initiatives and More
Hapcheon County Council in South Gyeongsang Province announced on November 13 that it had held its regular council members' meeting for November.
The meeting was attended by 20 people, including county council members and relevant officials. During the meeting, department heads reported on key upcoming county government initiatives, including the 2026 Barrier-Free Tourism Environment Project Plan, the 2025 Disaster Safety Electronic Display Installation, and the Metropolitan Historical and Cultural Zone Maintenance Project Demand Survey Plan. Participants also discussed the operation of the 295th Hapcheon County Council 2nd Regular Session, which will be the last session of 2025.
Chairman Jeong Bonghun stated, "As we have now reached the time to wrap up the Eulsa year and prepare for a new beginning in the Byeongo year, I urge everyone to actively carry out various preliminary procedures for the review of the 2026 revenue and expenditure budget bill and the advancement of county government initiatives, so that the upcoming review at the 295th Hapcheon County Council 2nd Regular Session can be conducted perfectly."
Meanwhile, Hapcheon County Council plans to convene the 295th 2nd Regular Session for 23 days, from November 25 to December 17, to review the 2026 revenue and expenditure budget bill, as well as various ordinance bills and consent bills.
