Gwangju Buk-gu Council Member Gidae-seo Receives Plaque of Appreciation at Im-dong Residents' General Assembly

At the "2025 Im-dong Residents' General Assembly" held on November 1, residents presented Councilor Gidae-seo with a plaque of appreciation. This was in recognition of his efforts in successfully hosting the "Im-dong Baseball Village Festival," addressing local issues, and consistently working to advance resident self-governance.

Councilor Gidae-seo has maintained ongoing communication with residents to drive tangible changes, such as improving the residential environment in Buk-gu and supporting community programs. In particular, he has provided unwavering support to ensure that the Baseball Village Festival becomes a resident-led local event.

Councilor Gidae-seo stated, "I consider this plaque an encouragement to work even more diligently for the residents," adding, "I will continue to faithfully reflect the voices of the residents in my legislative activities and do my utmost for the development of Buk-gu."

Meanwhile, Councilor Gidae-seo continues to address a variety of local issues, including responding to dust damage from demolition work at the Jeonnam and Ilsin Textile sites, operating a research group to improve the system for resolving defects in apartment complexes, and enhancing welfare for both young people and the elderly.
