Nine Experts Provide Tailored Consultations
On-Site Consulting Services Offered at Business Locations
On November 12, Gwangmyeong City in Gyeonggi Province announced that it would operate the 'One-Stop Support Center for Small Business Owners,' a facility where small business owners can resolve various concerns related to starting and running their businesses in one place.
Located at the Gwangmyeong City Self-Employed Support Center in Haan-dong, the center has nine experts in various fields-including management, event planning, commercial districts, finance, marketing, menu development, and case management-who listen to the difficulties faced by small business owners and provide tailored consultations and advice.
Small business owners struggling with sluggish sales and in need of marketing strategies can receive expert advice on effective promotional methods, while those experiencing difficulties with financial management can consult financial experts for guidance on loans and support programs.
The experts not only offer individual consultations but also participate in developing support policies for small business owners and provide business advice. They plan to propose sustainable growth strategies tailored to the characteristics of each commercial district and business sector.
For small business owners who find it difficult to visit the center due to store operations, the center also offers on-site consulting services, where experts visit the businesses directly.
The schedule for expert consultations can be found in the 'Notices' section on the Gwangmyeong City Self-Employed Support Center website at the beginning of each month. Those wishing to receive consultations can apply online or by phone.
Park Seungwon, Mayor of Gwangmyeong City, stated, "The center will serve as an on-site support platform that listens closely to the voices of local commercial districts and works together to solve problems," adding, "We will continue to expand sustainable support policies so that small business owners can achieve stable growth."
