Busan Port Authority (BPA), led by President Song Sanggeun, held the "2025 BPA Hope Warehouse Family Day" at Busan Port North Port on November 7.
This event invited a total of 40 participants, including users of BPA’s flagship social contribution program "BPA Hope Warehouse" and representatives from companies that make regular donations. The program featured experiences such as a tour on the port guide ship and a visit to the Busan Port Healing Campground, a facility open to the public.
Attendees toured major facilities and operations at Busan Port aboard the guide ship, and then spent time networking while enjoying a camp picnic at the Healing Campground.
"BPA Hope Warehouse" is a social contribution platform operated by Busan Port Authority in collaboration with local welfare facilities and administrative welfare centers. It serves as a hub for sharing, collecting donations and goods from BPA, local businesses, small business owners, and residents, and delivering them to vulnerable groups. Currently, 16 locations are in operation in Busan and the Gyeongnam region near the port.
Through this program, the authority expressed gratitude to donor companies supporting BPA Hope Warehouse and provided users with an opportunity for rest and rejuvenation in their daily lives.
Song Sanggeun, President of BPA, said, "I sincerely thank the donors who continue to support sharing through BPA Hope Warehouse," adding, "BPA will strive to spread a culture of warm-hearted giving throughout Busan and the entire Gyeongnam region."
