On November 6, Director Noh posted on her social media, “With the divorce finalized, I am leaving the home I moved into 37 years ago as a bride,” and shared photos of herself packing her belongings.
She wrote, “Back then, I lived with my parents-in-law. For the past 10 years, I have lived alone, sending off my two daughters in marriage and living with my youngest. Now, it is time to part with my son as well.”
Director Noh continued, “Now that I am over 60, everything feels precious. Every piece of clothing, every bag, every pair of shoes holds as much laughter and tears, effort and frustration, and hope. I carefully fold each one and put them away.”
She added, “What tugged at my heart was when I found a piece of drawing paper from one of my birthdays, where my three children, with their tiny hands, had cut out and pasted photos of their mom and dad, filling the sheet with the message ‘Happy Forever!!’ I wonder where those young hearts, who so earnestly wished for their parents to love each other and be happy, can find comfort. I carefully folded that away as well.”

Along with her message, Director Noh posted photos of what appear to be her wedding dress and hanbok from her 1988 wedding.
She also revealed the drawing paper mentioned in her message. On the paper, paper tuxedos and dresses are attached over photos of Chairman Chey Tae-won and Director Noh’s faces, and message cards are used as decoration.
In the divorce lawsuit between Chairman Chey and Director Noh, the Supreme Court, on October 16, confirmed the divorce itself and awarded 2 billion won in consolation money, separate from the remand of the property division decision.
