Buan County to Offer Free Screening of "Zombie Daughter" on the 20th

First-come, first-served admission for ages 12 and up
No food or beverages allowed inside the venue

Buan County, North Jeolla Province, announced on November 5 that the movie "Zombie Daughter" will be screened free of charge at the Buan Arts Center on November 20.


This free movie screening is intended to expand cultural opportunities for local residents and will be held twice in one day, at 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

"Zombie Daughter" is a heartwarming human comedy with a unique premise, telling the touching and entertaining story of a father who tries to protect his daughter, who has become a zombie-the only one of her kind in the world.


In particular, this film is suitable for all generations, from teenagers to seniors. Its story, which delivers both laughter and emotion, promises to fill two hours with moments that will make audiences both laugh out loud and be moved to tears.


Actor Jo Jungseok stars as Jeonghwan, portraying a comical father. The role of Bansoon, the grandmother who adds a humorous touch to the film, is played by Lee Jungeun, delivering both laughter and heartfelt moments.


An official from the county stated, "We have prepared a cultural event for the whole family to enjoy together this autumn," and added, "We will continue to provide a variety of cultural content that residents can easily participate in."


The running time is 114 minutes, and admission is free for all seats on a first-come, first-served basis for those aged 12 and over. Standing room is not available once all seats are filled, and food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.
