Hwacheon County to Host 'KidZania Career Experience' on November 22
Opportunities for Children to Explore Various Careers Including Cabin Crew, Architect, and Doctor

Hwacheon County in Gangwon Province will hold a career experience exhibition to help local children explore potential career paths and envision their future aspirations.

The county will operate a career experience program in collaboration with KidZania at the Hwacheon Community Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on November 22.

KidZania is Korea's leading children's career experience theme park, located in Jamsil, Seoul.

On that day, booths such as the 119 Safety Center, CSI Forensic Science Team, Architecture Office, and Magic School will be set up in the gymnasium at the Hwacheon Community Center.

In addition, booths for a beauty salon, airline cabin crew, dental clinic, and burger lab will be available in the underground performance hall.

At the 119 Safety Center booth, children can learn first aid and CPR, while at the architecture office booth, they can participate in simple design activities and create miniatures.

At the beauty salon booth, children can experience hair styling, nail art, and makeup, and at the forensic science team booth, they can learn about investigative techniques such as scientific evidence collection and fingerprint analysis.

The event is open to children aged 4 to sixth grade elementary school students residing in Hwacheon.

Upon arrival at the venue on the day of the event, participants can receive admission tickets at the first-floor lobby and access each booth on a first-come, first-served basis. (※Advance reservation is required for the burger lab.)

Each year, Hwacheon County holds this career experience exhibition in collaboration with KidZania, in accordance with relevant laws and ordinances, to provide opportunities for local children who find it difficult to travel to Jamsil, Seoul.
