Doosan Engineering & Construction announced on November 4 that it will begin sales of "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Cheonan" in Cheongdang-dong, Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do this month.

Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Cheonan will be built at 310-6 Cheongdang-dong, Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do. The complex will consist of 10 buildings with 2 basement floors and up to 29 above-ground floors, featuring a total of 1,202 units, all with an exclusive area of 84 square meters. The breakdown by type is as follows: 730 units of 84㎡A, 257 units of 84㎡B, and 215 units of 84㎡C.


The Cheongdang-dong area in Dongnam-gu, Cheonan, is currently undergoing large-scale development projects, including the Cheongsu District Administrative Town, Cheongdang District, and Saeteotmal District. Once these developments are completed, the area is expected to form a mini new town-scale residential zone with over 13,000 households.


Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Cheonan will be the final development site and a landmark complex in Cheongdang-dong. Nearby, there are other Doosan Engineering & Construction brand complexes, including Doosan We’ve the Park in the Administrative Town (1,105 units) and Administrative Town Central Doosan We’ve (655 units). The proximity to Cheonan-daero allows for easy access throughout Cheonan, and nearby Namcheonan IC and Cheonan JC provide smooth entry to the Gyeongbu Expressway and the Cheonan-Nonsan Expressway. Cheonan Express Bus Terminal and Cheonan General Bus Terminal are also located nearby for added convenience.
