Integrating Spotify Content into the Naver Ecosystem
On November 4, Naver announced that it has formed a partnership with the global music streaming platform Spotify.
Naver plans to engage in strategic collaboration so that users within its platform ecosystem can conveniently access Spotify’s music, podcasts, and other audio content.

Jaehun Lee, Head of Service Division at Naver App, and Talwa Ghatam, General Manager of Spotify Asia-Pacific region, met on this day at Naver’s headquarters in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, to discuss ways to create synergy between the two companies in terms of services and content.
Through this partnership, the two companies will connect Naver’s various services with Spotify’s library of over 100 million music tracks and more than 7 million podcasts and other audio content. They plan to cooperate so that users can easily discover and enjoy music and audio content that fits their situation, mood, and preferences.
Details regarding the partnership and future services of both companies will be released sequentially at a later date.
