Reflecting Diverse Voices from the Field in Gyeongbuk Education Policies
Strengthening Support for Schools
On Friday, October 31, the Gumi Office of Education in North Gyeongsang Province, led by Superintendent Min Byungdo, hosted the "2025 Gumi Education Communication Daegil Talk with the Superintendent" at the Prime Hall of Keimyung University, inviting around 300 members of the Gumi education community.
The event was attended by provincial assembly members, the director of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Office of Education Training Institute, the director of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Office of Education Gumi Library, representatives of principals from local kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools, the School Management Council Association, the Parents' Association Council, the Green Mothers' Association, the Gumi Student Safety Volunteer Association, the Parents' Volunteer Association, the Student Guidance Corps, the Academy Association, resident auditors, education veterans, and officials from the Education Development Special Zone.
This "2025 Gumi Education Communication Daegil Talk" utilized digital AI to provide immediate questions and answers, serving as a valuable opportunity to reflect diverse opinions from the educational field in Gyeongbuk education policies and to strengthen support for schools.

The main work report covered the Gumi Office of Education's achievements in school support, work reduction, and improvements to the educational environment.

The Superintendent responded on the spot.
Through this process, the education community collected a variety of opinions on current educational issues through a Q&A session, and engaged in discussions and deliberations on the future direction of Gyeongbuk education.
Superintendent Min Byungdo stated, "Through this Communication Daegil Talk event, I was able to listen more closely to the diverse voices on the ground and it became an opportunity to provide even more comprehensive support."
