KCA Korea Consumer Evaluation announced the results of the 2025 KCIA Korea Consumer Industry Evaluation for "Certified Real Estate Agencies" in the Gyeongsang, Jeolla, and Jeju regions. The event is hosted by the Korea Consumer Council and organized by Korea Consumer Evaluation.
The purpose of this evaluation is to realize the eight major consumer rights guaranteed by Article 4 of the Framework Act on Consumers-including the right to have opinions reflected, the right to receive information, and the right to choose-by disclosing consumer evaluation results by industry based on the standard industrial classification. It also aims to provide consumers with objective and useful information to help improve the quality of their consumption experience.
The 2025 KCIA Korea Consumer Industry Evaluation for "Certified Real Estate Agencies" is conducted annually to introduce outstanding certified real estate agencies in each region that have received high marks for providing high-quality property information based on their expertise.
For this evaluation, a preliminary survey was conducted nationwide by region from July to September, based on the number of reviews on portal sites and property information. Agencies that ranked within the top 31.86% were notified as candidates, and finally, the top 0.32% of outstanding certified real estate agencies were selected according to the evaluation criteria listed below.
Korea Consumer Evaluation selected outstanding certified real estate agencies in each region through a final assessment based on agency information and consumer reviews, using five final evaluation criteria: △diversity of property listings △speed and accuracy of postings △staff friendliness △track record in real estate brokerage △overall evaluation. The list of selected agencies is as follows.
A representative from Korea Consumer Evaluation stated, "As the real estate market environment changes, consumers' standards for service use are also rising. We expect that the outstanding certified real estate agencies selected through this evaluation will contribute to raising the overall service level of the industry, and we hope they will continue to strive to provide consumers with better brokerage services."
The representative added, "In line with the purpose and significance of the Korea Consumer Industry Evaluation, we plan to support the revitalization of household consumption for low-income families through the 'Fruit of Love' campaign. In particular, through the 'Child Sponsorship Program,' we provide regular support for living expenses, education, and medical costs for children and adolescents from vulnerable low-income groups, and we hope this will help them enjoy a healthy childhood and adolescence. We will continue to show ongoing interest and move forward together."
