LetsRun Park Busan Gyeongnam Conducts Environmental Cleanup Volunteer Work in Sister Village Agyang

LetsRun Park Busan Gyeongnam (headed by Um Youngseok) visited its sister village to foster mutual growth with the local community.

On October 30, LetsRun Park Busan Gyeongnam reported that it had visited Agyang Village in Haman County, South Gyeongsang Province, to conduct an environmental cleanup volunteer activity.

Agyang Village has maintained a sisterhood relationship with LetsRun Park Busan Gyeongnam since 2016, engaging in ongoing exchanges and mutual support activities. Every year, they continue their bond by participating in rural volunteer work and community sharing events together.

This volunteer activity saw the participation of 154 executives and employees, who improved the village environment by organizing the surrounding area, collecting trash along the embankment paths, and cleaning the access roads. In addition, a folding tent worth 3 million won was donated to support residents’ outdoor events.

Um Youngseok, Head of LetsRun Park Busan Gyeongnam, stated, "We are creating positive changes in the region together with the residents of Agyang Village, with whom we have a long-standing relationship," and added, "As a company practicing ESG management and growing together with the community, we will continue to expand our social contribution activities."

LetsRun Park Busan Gyeongnam is taking the lead in strengthening community ties and practicing ESG management by continuing a variety of social contribution activities, including blood donation campaigns, recycling used umbrellas, and caring for stray animals.
