The Korea Federation of SMEs announced on November 2 that it is publicly recruiting talented new employees who will help shape the future of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Korea.
The Korea Federation of SMEs is an economic organization established in 1962 under the Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives Act to represent the interests of 8.3 million SMEs, improve the economic standing of SME owners, and promote balanced development of the national economy.
The recruitment field is for general administrative positions, and anyone who does not have disqualifying reasons under the Federation's personnel regulations is eligible to apply. The hiring process is a "regular employee (Grade 5) internship-to-hire" program, in which candidates complete a two-month internship in a relevant department. Those who perform excellently during the internship and evaluation will be offered full-time positions.
Park Kyungmi, Director of Human Resources at the Korea Federation of SMEs, stated, "We are looking for individuals who can take responsibility for their assigned work with an open mind and a willingness to learn, and who are passionate about creating a better future for SMEs." "This year, we have expanded the number of candidates who can participate in the interview stage, providing more opportunities for applicants with diverse experiences to showcase their potential. Through this, we will actively discover passionate and innovative talent who will grow together with SMEs and drive new changes," she added.
Applications will be accepted from November 7 to November 21. For more information on recruitment, please refer to the Korea Federation of SMEs' dedicated recruitment website and official homepage.
