With the theme "Seo-gu Together with the Neighborhood Economy," the event encompassed sharing village activities, cultural performances, and resident communication programs, reaffirming the meaning of a "city where we live together." Village organizations from 18 neighborhoods and local merchants participated, creating a festival of autonomy and mutual prosperity.
The "Our Village Pride Contest," which began at 2 p.m., featured choir, dance, and band performances prepared by each neighborhood's residents' association and community. Residents cheered for their neighbors' performances with handmade support placards, and scenes of children and seniors dancing together filled the park with warm laughter.
The opening ceremony included a performance themed "Reviving the Neighborhood Economy through Resident Autonomy," while exhibition booths and hands-on experience spaces introducing changes in the community drew the attention of many citizens.

Of particular note, the Eoullim Night Market featured 12 participating merchants from Chiepyeong-dong who accept Digital Onnuri Gift Certificates, drawing significant attention. An official from the Seo-gu District Office stated, "At first, the store owners were concerned about whether they would see any sales by moving to the park, but they were delighted to achieve much higher sales than usual at the event." In fact, some stores sold out their goods early, adding to the lively atmosphere on site.
Throughout the venue, the "Policy Talk Talk Busking" policy bus, resident communication zones, and children's playgrounds were operated. Residents shared everyday inconveniences with district officials in front of the policy bus, and explored exhibitions of handmade crafts, houseplants, and recycled goods created by the village community, sharing in the meaning of a "kind economy."
