"RISE ETF Starting Today" Captures the Hearts of Investors

KB Asset Management announced on October 31 that the new investment variety show series "RISE ETF Starting Today" has successfully completed its six-week journey. Among investors, it is being recognized as a leading introductory content for Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs).

"RISE ETF Starting Today" is an educational variety show designed in an entertainment format, tailored to beginners, to teach the basics of ETFs.

Comedian Hwang Jesung, Lee Jangwon of the band Peppertones, Seunghee of Oh My Girl, and broadcaster Lee Hyesung formed the "ETF Study Group," taking on both investment learning and real-world challenges.

Since its teaser release on September 22, the combined cumulative views of the main episodes and Shorts of the "RISE ETF Starting Today" series reached approximately 5.8 million as of October 30.

The content covers topics such as ▲What is an ETF ▲How to buy ETFs ▲Understanding theme, sector, high-dividend, and bond-type ETFs ▲ETF tax comparison ▲Designing personalized portfolios. It stands out for systematically addressing everything from the basic concepts of ETFs to practical investment strategies.

By explaining complex financial concepts in a simple and intuitive way, the show has received positive feedback from viewers, such as "This is the first time I've seen an investment variety show like this," and "It wasn't difficult, so I watched until the end." The use of short and concise Shorts content has also helped build a stronger connection with younger generations.

No Areum, Head of the ETF Business Division at KB Asset Management, said, "The 'RISE ETF Starting Today' series was KB Asset Management's new attempt to popularize ETF investing," adding, "We plan to continue introducing various types of ETF content that investors can enjoy and participate in."
