On the morning of the 31st, dense fog is expected in the southeastern part of Gyeonggi Province and the inland areas of Chungcheong.
Temperatures will remain similar to or slightly higher than the seasonal average. The morning lows are forecast to range from 5 to 13 degrees Celsius, while the daytime highs are expected to be between 17 and 22 degrees Celsius.
The expected minimum and maximum temperatures for major cities are as follows: Seoul, 10 and 19 degrees; Incheon, 11 and 18 degrees; Daejeon, 7 and 20 degrees; Gwangju, 10 and 20 degrees; Daegu, 8 and 19 degrees; Ulsan, 10 and 18 degrees; and Busan, 13 and 21 degrees. The temperature difference between day and night will be significant, around 10 degrees Celsius, especially in inland regions.
From midday on Saturday, November 1, temperatures will drop as continental high pressure expands from the west and cold northwesterly winds blow in. The temperature is expected to fall by 5 to 10 degrees between November 1 and 2.
On the night of the 31st, rain is expected in the Seoul metropolitan area, northern inland Gangwon, and the northern west coast of Chungnam. In the early morning of November 1, rain will fall in the central region (excluding Gangwon) and Honam, and later in the morning, Gangwon and Jeju will also see rain.
Expected precipitation amounts are as follows: 5 to 30 millimeters in the five West Sea islands, 5 to 20 millimeters in Jeju, 5 to 10 millimeters in Incheon, the west coast of Gyeonggi and Chungnam, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo, around 5 millimeters in Seoul, inland Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, and inland Chungnam, and less than 5 millimeters in Chungbuk and Honam.
