From Ad Production to Driving Customer Purchases, AI Accelerates the Process

Appier, an artificial intelligence (AI) software company, held a press conference on October 30 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its Korean subsidiary and unveiled eight specialized AI agents that apply its 'Agentic AI' technology across its entire product lineup.

Appier was founded in Taiwan in 2012 as an AI company. Chih-Han Yu, Appier's co-founder and CEO, has been a firm believer in the future of Agentic AI since the company's inception and has led the advancement of this technology.


CEO Chih-Han Yu emphasized, "Agentic AI is a technology that opens a new paradigm where AI not only automates tasks but also thinks, acts independently, and strategically collaborates and coordinates work. Creating tangible ROI through AI is Appier's core value."


Appier's Agentic AI ecosystem consists of three product suites that cover the entire marketing process: Ad Cloud, Personalization Cloud, and Data Cloud, with eight specialized agents deployed across them.


First, Ad Cloud, which is responsible for customer acquisition and maximizing performance, includes the ROI Agent (identifying incremental effects), Coding Agent (creating playable and interactive ads), and Director Agent (rapid production of high-quality ad videos).


During the event, case studies were shared in which Yuhan-Kimberly and Bravo Korea (Jeonbuk Bank's all-in-one digital platform for foreigners) used the Director Agent to produce advertising creatives.


The Personalization Cloud, focused on retention and enhancing customer experience (CX), consists of the Sales Agent (driving purchases through conversational interaction), Service Agent (24/7 customer support based on brand knowledge), and Campaign Agent (automating campaigns from planning to execution).


The Data Cloud, which serves as a strategic engine, includes the Insight Agent (analyzing growth opportunities and strengthening seven other agents) and Audience Agent (enhancing targeting strategies through predictive segmentation). Appier also introduced the use cases and effectiveness of the Audience Agent through Laneige's example.

Appier's product suite operates organically throughout the entire process, from idea generation and ad creative production to audience segmentation and campaign optimization, all based on shared market scenarios and a unified data source. The eight newly released AI agents can be utilized in a wide range of marketing work and will be offered to companies under a flexible pricing structure.
