According to the county on October 30, this program was an emotional art experience themed around colors and scents, conducted separately for people with disabilities and the general public. It offered participants an opportunity to find peace of mind and relaxation through artistic expression.

"Lingering Colors" was a ceramic painting program designed to allow participants to express their emotions through color and to find inner balance through the creative process. It went beyond a simple coloring activity, enabling each person to visually express their unique feelings through the combinations and forms of color that emerged from their own hands.

In contrast, "Spreading Scents" was an aromatherapy experience program that allowed participants to directly adjust the intensity and harmony of fragrances. The process of searching for a scent that suited them was designed to provide psychological comfort and the joy of immersion.

On October 17, the "Lingering Colors" program for people with disabilities was held. Participants freely expressed their individuality and emotions by coloring ceramic magnets with pottery markers. The completed works were fired in a microwave on site, resulting in finished magnets.

After the experience, participants enjoyed a comfortable and warm time together by watching the film "Arrietty."

On October 25, the "Spreading Scents" program for the general public took place. Twenty pre-registered participants experienced a variety of aromas, explored scents that suited them, and then blended these to create their own unique perfumes.

The finished perfumes were bottled in small glass containers, serving as tangible results reflecting the participants' emotions and preferences. Some participants shared that "the process of blending scents brought a sense of calm."

Kang Samyoung, head of the Department of Culture and Arts, said, "This program was a meaningful example of how art can become a language of healing in everyday life, by caring for the mind through the sensory mediums of color and scent. We plan to continue offering emotional art programs that naturally blend into the lives of local residents, centering around the cultural center."

Based on the success of this program, the county plans to institutionalize customized cultural and artistic experiences for people with disabilities and seasonal emotional programs. Through these efforts, the county aims to promote healing and communication through art and culture, and realize an inclusive cultural welfare where everyone can participate together.
