Kim Youngtae, a member of the Gumi City Council in North Gyeongsang Province, received the Grand Prize in the Legislative Category at the "2025 Local Autonomy Legislative Awards Ceremony" held on October 28 in the main conference hall of the National Assembly Members' Office Building.
This awards ceremony was hosted by the Korea Voters Central Association and organized by the Jeongmyeong Grand Prize Organizing Committee. It recognized local council members from across the country who have contributed to regional development and have engaged in resident-centered legislative activities.
