Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation (GH) is offering three final plots within Gwanggyo New Town in Suwon, designated for urban support facilities, neighborhood living facilities, and parking lot use.
The urban support facility site (1283-5, Iui-dong, Suwon) has a supply area of 3,084.3 square meters and a planned supply price of 17,364,600,000 KRW. The contract terms include a two-year installment plan with interest, with payments due every six months.
The neighborhood living facility site (1138, Sanghyeon-dong, Yongin) has a supply area of 1,008.9 square meters and a planned supply price of 4,963,780,000 KRW. The contract terms feature a five-year interest-free installment plan with annual payments and a prepayment discount. The down payment is 5%, and the grace period is three years.
The parking lot site (1252-2, Iui-dong) has a supply area of 4,706.6 square meters and a planned supply price of 12,048,890,000 KRW. The contract terms, including interest-free installments, prepayment discounts, down payment, and grace period, are the same as those for the neighborhood living facility site.
GH will determine the successful bidder for all three plots through a competitive bidding process, awarding the contract to the highest bidder.
Applications and bidding will take place on November 18, 2025, through the GH land sales system, and successful bidders will sign contracts between November 20 and 21, 2025.
