Ranked First in Water Purifier and Massage Chair Categories
Coway announced on October 28 that it ranked first in both the water purifier and massage chair categories in the '2025 Korea Satisfaction-Quality Index (KS-QEI)' survey, which is organized by the Korean Standards Association.
The Korea Satisfaction-Quality Index is a quality measurement indicator that evaluates consumer satisfaction with products and services. It provides a comprehensive analysis of product performance, reliability, durability, usability, and awareness, based on feedback from consumers and experts with actual purchase and usage experience.
In this survey, Coway achieved the highest quality satisfaction scores in both the water purifier rental category and the furniture-type massage chair category, earning first place in each.
In the water purifier rental category, products including the Icon Water Purifier series received excellent evaluations. The Icon Ice Water Purifier was highly rated for its segmented lineup-Original, Mini, Standard, and Max-which allows customers to choose the optimal product based on size and ice usage. In the furniture-type massage chair category, the 'Berex' product line, known for sleep and healing care, was recognized for its sophisticated design and high massage effectiveness. The flagship product, the Berex Triple Chair, is a multifunctional 3-in-1 chair that combines the features of a massage chair, office chair, and recliner sofa. Recently, the 'Triple Chair Moving Type,' equipped with rotating wheels, was launched, further enhancing usability.
