"Oryong District 2 GN Heim" Achieves Above-Average Results in Special Supply... High Expectations for First-Priority Subscription

Moonjang Construction Co., Ltd. announced a successful start for "Oryong District 2 GN Heim," supplied in Blocks 37 and 38 of Oryong District 2 in Muan County, South Jeolla Province, as the results of the special supply application exceeded expectations.

In the special supply subscription held on the 27th, a total of 217 applications were received for 521 available units, demonstrating strong interest. In particular, as this is effectively the last supply complex in the Namak New Town area and features a reasonable sale price due to the price ceiling system, there was a high influx of genuine homebuyers.

The sales schedule includes first-priority applications on Tuesday, the 28th, and second-priority applications on Wednesday, the 29th. The winners for Block 37 will be announced on Tuesday, November 4, and for Block 38 on Wednesday, November 5. Since the winner announcement dates differ by block, applicants can apply for both blocks with a single subscription account, increasing their chances of winning. Subsequently, official contracts will be signed from Monday, November 17, to Wednesday, November 19.

The complex has attracted significant attention even before the start of sales, from the pre-sale period to the opening and subscription phases. The business briefing held on September 25 drew a large turnout, and after opening, over 10,000 people visited the housing exhibition center within three days, with an average of 1,000 daily visitors thereafter, further proving the high level of interest among potential buyers.

"Oryong District 2 GN Heim," which is expected to attract considerable interest during today's first-priority subscription, is the final piece in the 20-year development of Namak New Town and the last apartment (multi-family housing) supply in Oryong Residential District, giving it significant scarcity value. The complex consists of a total of 793 units, all designed with the highly preferred 84-square-meter exclusive floor plan, and some units offer permanent river views of the Yeongsan River and Namchangcheon.

A sales representative stated, "Despite the current sluggish real estate market, the number of special supply applications received was higher than expected," and added, "Given that the special supply application results are comparable to those seen during the boom period of the Oryong District 2 sales market, it can be seen as a reflection of buyers' expectations for the locational advantages, reasonable sale price, and brand reliability of 'Oryong District 2 GN Heim.'"

Oryong District 2 GN Heim will also offer competitive pricing due to the application of the price ceiling system. While a certain level of price increase is inevitable due to recent rises in basic construction costs and labor expenses, this is effectively the last apartment under the current price ceiling system before the government revises the system to address the so-called "lottery sales" controversy, allowing buyers to secure both stability and future value.

In addition, the complex will maximize resident satisfaction with specialized landscaping and community design. The integrated community infrastructure, which includes walking trails, plazas, and cultural spaces, will offer a distinguished lifestyle that goes beyond simple residential space.

Most notably, "Oryong District 2 GN Heim" is being introduced by Moonjang Construction Co., Ltd., which has supplied over 12,000 units nationwide and is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Since its founding, Moonjang Construction has strictly adhered to the "three-zero" principle: zero actual debt, zero promissory notes issued, and zero unsold units. As a result, the company has maintained an A rating from NICE Credit Rating for five consecutive years, demonstrating both financial soundness and stability.

Furthermore, the company has enhanced its brand credibility with major awards such as the Grand Prize in the Customer Satisfaction category at the 2025 Hankyung Housing Culture Awards and the Presidential Commendation on Housing Construction Day (2015). These achievements show that GN Heim has established itself not just as an apartment brand, but as a symbol of premium residential culture.

The educational environment is also a highlight. The renowned Korean education brand Jongro M School is planned to be introduced, and residents' children will be offered one year of free tuition and an additional 30% discount for another year. For parents, this represents a unique value by reducing private education costs while providing a high-quality educational environment.

Living convenience and transportation infrastructure are also excellent. Residents can easily access large commercial facilities such as Lotte Mart and Lotte Outlet via Namchang Bridge, and administrative centers including the South Jeolla Provincial Government, Board of Education, Court, and Police Agency are nearby. Proximity to major transportation hubs such as Mokpo Station (KTX/SRT), Mokpo Intercity Bus Terminal, and the Seohaean and Namhaean Expressways ensures both convenient commuting and wide-area accessibility. In addition, future expansions such as the second phase of the Honam High-Speed Railway and the planned double-track Namhae Line will further enhance regional transportation infrastructure, boosting future value.

The housing exhibition center is located in the Namak-ri area of Samhyang-eup, Muan County, South Jeolla Province.
