The agreement aims to apply HL Robotics' parking robot "Parky" from the building design stage, maximizing space efficiency and operational profitability. Through this collaboration, the two companies are introducing a new paradigm called "RoboArchitecture."

This signifies a change in architectural structural design itself, blending robotic science and architectural art to break away from conventional frameworks while maintaining the beauty of the building and ensuring the design remains emotionally friendly for people in line with the role of robots.

HL Robotics will be responsible for developing robotic technology and parking operation solutions, while Coastal Architecture will establish optimal architectural design standards, including constraint analysis and various limitation scenarios.

Meanwhile, Coastal Architecture, founded in 1990, is a world-class comprehensive architectural firm. Its reputation was solidified by ranking 8th in the "2024 World Architecture Top 100" announced by the global architectural publication Building Design.
