Plateer Signs 29.4 Billion Won Digital Transformation Solution Supply Contract with Samsung Electronics

Three-Year Long-Term Contract

Plateer announced on October 28 that it has signed a contract with Samsung SDS to supply digital transformation solutions to Samsung Electronics for three years. The value of this contract amounts to 29.4 billion won.

Sales from the digital transformation solutions will be reflected in the financial statements on a net basis, excluding purchase costs, in accordance with Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS).

This is a long-term supply contract that will run until July 2028 for a period of three years. Through this agreement, Plateer will strengthen its position as a digital transformation solution provider for Samsung Electronics, while also anticipating mid- to long-term growth opportunities such as expanding services to other affiliates within the group.

A Plateer representative stated, "With this collaboration, we plan to identify a variety of digital transformation projects and enhance corporate value by creating new business opportunities."
